At ClimbContent, we strive for 100% transparency regarding our refund policy. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we dedicate significant time to addressing customer requests for new features, resolving data issues, and expanding our product.

Our Policy

As a growing company, we've adopted a refund approach similar to other modern 'Software as a Service' websites:

  • We offer a comprehensive 30-day money-back guarantee on annual subscriptions.
  • If you're unsatisfied with any product, you're protected by this 30-day money-back guarantee on annual subscriptions only.
  • The refund will be less pro-rated charges for each day in the first month, plus a $50 setup fee.
  • This policy does not apply to subscriptions shorter than one year.

Beyond 30 Days

If you request a refund beyond 30 days from the initial purchase date of an annual subscription product, we cannot issue a refund. However, we're committed to helping you achieve your objectives through our support channels:

Recurring Payments and Renewals

  • Recurring payments (renewals) are not refundable as they fall outside the 30-day guarantee period.
  • For example, if you purchase an annual subscription, you can get a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase, but not 12 months later when the subscription automatically renews.
  • To avoid unwanted renewals, subscriptions must be cancelled in advance.

Renewal Process

Before any renewal occurs:

  1. Our e-commerce partner will send you an email with a link to cancel the subscription.
  2. You may also contact us anytime at support@climbcontent.com to cancel your subscription.

Special Cases

  • Template products purchased from ClimbContent are non-refundable due to their nature.
  • All trial versions and associated renewals are non-refundable.

Subject to the above conditions, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
